Last night I made these no-bake "energy bites", fairly quick and easy and certainly yummy.
Of course, I never can follow a recipe, and instead of honey I added a mashed banana and 1/4 cup applesauce, and instead of ground flaxseed I added graham cracker crumbs.
Not bad and a very flexible recipe!
