While you're here let me introduce myself. I'm a work-at-home wannabe-mom living in Canada with my DH and my DDog! When I say wannabe, we're TTC so hopefully I can join the mom club soon. Working at home is great - no commute! - but it is very distracting with all the great blogs out there to read! I really like meeting other women and making friends in the virtual world. I recently started this blog, mostly to provide a source for Canadian women, new parents in particular, to find bloggy giveaways that are open to Canadians. I hadn't come across such a thing in my wandering online so decided to start one. I hope you enjoy your visit here and find something interesting! And have fun at the UBP 2009!

James Patterson audiobook from At Home With Books!

I listen to audiobooks every single day during the week, while I'm working. I have a great job that allows me to do this! So I go through a lot of audiobooks. I can't tell you how nice it is to be read to while you get things done at work. It's great!

I usually hit the library for these but here is a chance to win Run For Your Life by James Patterson and Michael Ledwidge on cd! Miracle Blanket

The Miracle Industries Miracle (swaddling) blanket I can't endorse this through personal experience (yet) but I've heard great things and read lots of positive reviews. Apparently it helps baby sleep, always a good thing for exhausted parents.

I would not have expected a company called Better Baby Bums to carry stainless steel sippy bottles, but I learned that they carry all sorts of good stuff beyond diapers - "from diapering to feeding and everything in between". Plus it's a Canadian company! One thing you should check out while you're there: the many options for cloth and compostable, chlorine-free diapers.
Glimpse is hosting a giveaway for a Watergeeks 12oz stainless steel sippy; enter by the 25th! While this would be great for kids it would also be great for adults on the go.

Spoiled Mama skin care at Life Starring Ellie & Eve

I've been messing with my template HTML... Added another sidebar (which I wanted) but now I don't like how the main body is pressed right up against the sidebars. I want some breathing room between them and I'm not sure how to do that.

Anyone know where in the Minima template I need to change values to get some space there?
