The Miracle Industries Miracle (swaddling) blanket I can't endorse this through personal experience (yet) but I've heard great things and read lots of positive reviews. Apparently it helps baby sleep, always a good thing for exhausted parents.
I actually had a random stranger enthuse over these to me when I was out crib shopping!
