Yumminess for YOU! - Tropical Traditions Giveaway!

GIVEAWAY CLOSED
***Winner: YogaMama!***

Perhaps you read my post & review about using coconut oil in yummy soup (yes, there's a recipe for this quick and delicious soup!). Remember how that organic virgin coconut oil that I used was from Tropical Traditions?

Guess what???

They've offered to give one of my readers a 32 oz. jar of their Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil! This stuff is so versatile. You can use it as a cooking oil, in baking (tried it! works for me - I made this bread with it in my bread machine last week), as a spread if you're so inclined, in teas (really)... There are loads of recipes here!

It has a lovely aroma and flavour of coconut - not too strong, not overpowering, not sweet - just a little exotic hint. It's really very nice! If you're interested, you can check out their video, “How We Discovered Virgin Coconut Oil - An Interview with Brian Shilhavy, CEO Tropical Traditions

Now the fun part!

The giveaway: A 32 oz. jar of Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil!

How to enter: Head over to Tropical Traditions and let me know one thing that catches your eye, OR one thing that you learned there. Make sure I've got a way to contact you if you're the winner!

  4. I learned that Laboratory tests show that this Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil is a very high quality coconut oil, with very high antioxidant levels. This oil is not mass produced, but made by hand just as it has been done for hundreds of years.

  78. I learned that this guy is a born-again christian and so I am more than happy to support his family and all those families in the Phillipines who help him to make this fabulous coconut oil! I'm also happy to say, that since I switched from canola oil to coconut oil for cooking, not only are my kids getting greatly nourished more than ever, they actually love the flavor of my food more! I cooked 17 eggs this morning with nothing but coconut oil, it comes out perfect, delicious and healthy. All 4 of my kids actually love to eat eggs now! Every last bit was eaten! That extra fatty and good-for-them oil makes it taste even better than ever! I used to use milk in the eggs to make them fuffy...no more, this is THE way to go!! This is now my #1 way to get them to eat their healthy protein and fats.
