Pitbull Clothing - Review and Giveaway!

And now, back to our regularly scheduled programming!

My husband had the opportunity to try out some athletic wear from Pitbull Clothing. After browsing the many options on the site, the items he chose to review were the Crosstrainer Fit Short and the Performance Mesh Cut Sleeve shirt. This isn't the greatest photo - I took it while lying in bed so excuse the weird angle! He gets up earlier than I do! - but you can see how the clothes fit.

The shorts are made of some wonderful fabric that is super stretchy, thick enough to maintain a tailored look while conforming to the body in a flattering way. I'm going to be honest - I tried them on myself just to see if I could 'borrow' them! Of course, they are cut for a man so didn't fit me right even though I loved the fabric and how comfortable they were. Darn it. But they look great on my husband. They also have a built in lining that provides... er... manly support, which I would imagine makes workouts more comfortable for the guys.

The shirt is sleeveless, with a really light and fast drying mesh fabric. It has a looser fit which is nice and cool. And it comes out of the washer and dryer looking exactly the same as it went in - no pilling and no shrinking (same goes for the shorts)!

Overall, Pitbull Clothing offers impressive quality. They have some great athletic clothing (aka lounge wear for those of us who like super comfy clothing to settle down in in the evening) for women as well - for example, check out the Combed Cotton Basics Scoop Camisole (which has an inner bra) and the Lily Lotus Roll-Over Waist Pant (which is on sale at $24.95 down from $60!).
